payments in ContactPad?
You can take mid-call payments using the PCI Pal Agent Assist featurepayments in ContactPad, during an inbound or an outbound call. There are two ways to use mid-call paymentstake payments through ContactPad:
- “No Code Required” Agent Assist Payment Button—if Using a payment button—if enabled for your account, a Payment button appears in ContactPad. Use this button to initiate a secure payment session.
